Private Client Solicitor – Director Level

An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take on a leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer who is looking to step into a director-level position, with genuine scope for progression to Equity in the future.
The role:
You will lead and develop the Private Client team, with responsibility for shaping its future direction and driving efficiencies. The caseload is broad and includes:
*Wills, trusts and probate
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*General private client work for a loyal client base
*Some high-net-worth matters
Alongside fee-earning, you will be a visible leader, supporting and mentoring colleagues while ensuring the continued growth and success of the department.
The opportunity:
*Initial appointment as Director, with a clear path to Equity
*Well-established firm serving clients across Gloucestershire, Cheltenham and Worcester
About you:
*Senior private client solicitor or legal executive with significant post-qualification experience
*Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate and LPA work
*Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team
*Commercially minded with the confidence to contribute to the department’s strategy and growth
*Ambitious, with interest in potential future Equity participation
