Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a well-established people team based in the South Manchester area. This is a true generalist role where you will deliver a proactive, professional and commercially driven HR service to the business.
This is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:
*Being the first point of contact for Managers on all employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance related issues
*Preparation of documentation, attending HR meetings and ensuring outcomes are implemented effectively
*Supporting Managers with the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient onboarding process
*Ensuring accurate administration of employee lifecycle changes
*Continually reviewing HR policies and procedures, in line with legislative changes
*Driving the delivery of learning, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
*Producing HR reports with analysis for the broader business
The ideal candidate for this role will be a true generalist with strong employment law knowledge along with the ability to communicate effectively and influence others. Strong attention to detail along with a positive, solutions focussed mindset are also essential.
