Job Description:
The Opportunity
Are you an organised, personable, and proactive individual looking for a varied and rewarding role? We’re recruiting a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior executive and their family, while also assisting the wider leadership team with administrative and front-of-house duties.

This is a Permanent, part-time opportunity across 5 days per week, ideally working 8am - 2pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys making a positive first impression, and is confident juggling a range of responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities
*Assist with personal tasks, including travel arrangements, shopping, and medical appointments.
*Run errands and provide general support as needed.
*Support with board meeting preparation and document handling.
*Manage meeting rooms and sensitive information with discretion.
*Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
*Welcome guests professionally and serve refreshments during meetings.
*Process expenses and purchase orders.
*Handle ad hoc tasks from senior staff.
