HR Coordinator
East Sussex (Onsite)

We are working with a well-established, successful business in East Sussex to recruit a HR Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you would have involvement across the HR / recruitment function - this role will suit someone studying their CIPD Level 3.
Role Overview:
*Support the full employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
*Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
*Maintain employee records and HR systems
*Assist with payroll and employee queries
*Manage recruitment administration and interview scheduling
*Support onboarding and inductions
*Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
About you:
*A genuine people person, with team fit as important as experience
*Positive, resilient, and empathetic, with a can-do attitude
*Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, providing hands-on HR support and guidance
*Confident providing HR advice, including attending absence, disciplinary, and performance meetings
In return, you will receive:
*Salary of £30,000-£35,000
