.I am currently working on an exciting opportunity to join a busy department, working as a clerical assistant. This is a part time role working Monday to Friday, 9-30-4.00pm, based in Coventry.

You will be assisting the department with a new project, and be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, surrounding payslips, pay queries, general administrative duties and adhoc support for the wider team.

The successful candidate will:

Handle incoming calls

Take charge and resolve incoming complaints and queries

Redirect cases to the relevant departments

Additional admin support to the wider team

Clerical support updating internal systems and reports
