What You’ll Do
*Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 9 sales support specialists
*Oversee accurate pricing for new and existing contracts
*Strengthen relationships with brokers and direct customers
*Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with business controls
*Collaborate with Credit, Procurement, Pricing & Sales Operations
*Deliver high-quality MI reporting
*Ensure exceptional customer experience through seamless operational support
