Litigation Solicitor – Cheltenham
My client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its dispute resolution team. This is a great opportunity for a confident, commercially aware litigator who enjoys varied work and building strong client relationships.
You will handle your own caseload and assist on more complex matters, which range across:
*Commercial, civil and general disputes
*Property litigation
*Contentious probate
Responsibilities
*Advise a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, trusts and charities
*Draft statements, witness statements, correspondence and other documents
*Instruct and liaise with counsel
*Represent clients in court, mediation and settlement discussions
What experience is required
*Qualified Solicitor circa 5pqe
*Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
