Job Title: Youth Worker Assessor / Trainer
Location: Home Remote based - Must be flexible with travel when required
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
*Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
*Must possess a JNC-recognised qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice, OR, a Degree in Youth & Community Work.
*Hold occupational competency within the Youth Work sector.
*Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required
*Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
*Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
*Assess and support learners working towards their Level 3 Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship.
*Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
*Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
*Support, advise and motivate learners.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
