An opportunity has opened up for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 construction businesses, delivering complex, high-value projects across the region.
This role is ideal for a commercially sharp QS who thrives in a structured, professional environment and wants exposure to landmark schemes, strong leadership, and long-term career progression.
The Role*Full commercial responsibility across large-scale construction projects
*Managing cost control, procurement, valuations, and final accounts
*Working closely with project teams to drive commercial performance
*Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff
*Ensuring compliance with robust commercial and governance processes
What We’re Looking For*Proven Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential)
*Strong background in building / construction projects
*Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
*Confident operating in fast-paced, high-value project environments
*Relevant construction or commercial qualification preferred
