Job Description:
Are you a bright and switched on with experience in Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger or a Credit Control team and you want to progress and work for a forward thinking and fast paced company offering excellent customer service. The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home with onsite parking.
Duties
*Ensuring all payments are made within contract terms and monitoring to ensure
*Issue monthly statements to customers and reconcile back for monies in. Making sure a high level of accuracy when invoicing.
*Maintaining good working relationships with all clients, resolving queries promptly to ensure payment on time.
*Working with the team to ensure good customer service experience to customers
*Updating the credit management system
*Meeting reporting deadlines
*Payment allocations
*Support with admin duties
What you will need
*Good systems knowledge and intermediate Excel
*Personable and excellent customer service skills
*Highly organised
*Ability to think outside the box
*AAT studiers welcome, this is a company where you can grow long term
