Sheet Metal Supervisor
Job Description
*Plan and oversee daily production to meet schedules, delivery targets and quality requirements
*Motivate and manage shop-floor staff, including training, performance, attendance and timekeeping
*Monitor quality standards, troubleshoot production issues and ensure parts are produced to specification
*Maintain accurate production records and ensure jobs are correctly recorded on company systems
*Drive continuous improvement activities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Proven experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment
*Highly experienced and knowledgeable on sheet metal and fabrication processes
*Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
