Job Description:
A Global Freight and Logistics organisation based in Felixstowe is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Key Duties:
*Prepare and issue quotations for both new and existing customers.
*Work closely with the sales team to help identify opportunities and support the businesses growth.
*Handle and coordinate Ocean Freight Shipments.
*Manage accurately Air Freight quotations and bookings.
*Arrange and confirm bookings with carriers and service providers.
*To ensure a seamless customer experience, support the field sales team when required.
Skills & Experience:
*Previous 2 years’ experience in Ocean freight forwarding sales.
*Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
*Confident communicator.
