Job Description:

My client is looking to recruit an Aftersales Support Specialist to start as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be required to work from 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (16:30 finish on Friday / 37 hours per week) and the annual salary will be £25,250.

The Aftersales Support Specialist is a vital role in the business, you will manage and resolve high level complaints across the department whilst delivering excellent consumer experience. Be the point of escalation from our aftersales service partner. To process and answer queries from consumers who have opted for a direct home delivery product from us.
Job Description
*Processing and query resolution of home deliveries orders on daily basis using business and customer systems
*Support the aftersales service partner relationship by updating and resolving complaints within agreed timeframe.
*Ensure decisions are made accurately and promptly, following the policies & procedures.
*To assist with the preparation of monthly reports on Key Performance Objectives to the business
*To liaise with relevant departments to discuss potential solutions to common complaints and make recommendations on how we can improve our services.
*To respond to and build relationships with our consumers across all our online portals and social media channels. (To include but not limited to: Webchat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trustpilot)
Specification
*Experience within a customer service environment.
*Previous experience managing complaints.
*Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder and communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills
