A fantastic, well-established organisation, highly respected and well known within its field, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its growing UK team.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a true value-add business partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders while enjoying a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), alongside a car allowance and performance-related bonus.
Your new role:You will develop a deep understanding of business performance, provide meaningful insight, and support informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver deep business analysis and financial modelling, incorporating financial and non-financial KPIs
*Conduct trend analysis
*Prepare and present clear, impactful insights to senior stakeholders
*Provide recommendations to improve commercial and operational performance
*Own the monthly P&L and produce high-quality commentary that clearly "tells the story"
*Lead annual budgeting and rolling, dynamic forecasting


This role would suit those:*ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
*Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercially focused finance role
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insight
*Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
