*Existing client bank to be handed over over time (not a cold-start role)
*Work closely with an experienced Managing Director who enjoys mentoring and developing talent

*Strong referral-led pipeline from mortgages, solicitors and accountants

*Boutique firm: 2 Advisers + 1 Administrator (outsourced paraplanning)
*c. £25m AUM | c. 2,000 clients
*Client values range from £50k to £1m+
*Advice across investments and pensions
*Systems: Intelliflo, Defaqto and supporting tools

*Junior Adviser or Trainee Adviser ready to step into a client-facing role

Package & Benefits
*£30,000 – £40,000 basic salary
*Bonus (to be discussed)
*Hybrid working – typically 1–2 days in the office (very flexible)
*4 weeks holiday
