Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Planning & Administration Coordinator.
Responsibility of the role: To manage the daily warehouse administration and planning requirements across Despatch & Distribution, Goods In, and related warehouse functions. You will ensure all customer orders are planned, reserved, and allocated efficiently to meet despatch and service requirements.
Temp – Perm
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7am-17:00
Friday 7am- 16:30
£12.21 per hour, annual salary of £29,841.42
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, reserve, and allocate stock to customer orders
*Operate the E10 Despatch Fulfilment Workbench (ERP) system
*Produce despatch job travellers / pick sheets and daily despatch plans
*Plan despatch activity in line with operational capacity
*Raise delivery notes and book hauliers for pallet shipments
*Liaise with production, despatch, customer service, and logistics partners
*Monitor order processing to meet service and productivity targets
*Investigate and manage delivery claims through to resolution
Skills & Experience
*Experience in warehouse planning, logistics, or ERP-based fulfilment
*Understanding of MRP planning tools and ERP systems
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure
*Decisive, service-driven, and detail-oriented
*Highly organised and reliable
*Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
*Self-motivated and results-driven
*Strong team player with the ability to work independently
