Job Description:
Our client, a fast growing manufacturer is recruiting for an Ecommerce Manager, where you’ll take full ownership of the ecommerce strategy and performance. You’ll shape the online customer experience, optimise the digital journey, and lead initiatives that directly influence commercial outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and IT to deliver a seamless, data-driven ecommerce operation that supports both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the ecommerce growth strategy and deliver online revenue targets
*Drive website optimisation, UX improvements, and conversion rate enhancements
*Oversee PPC, SEO, email marketing, and wider digital campaigns
*Ensure accurate product architecture, technical detail, and stock visibility
*Use data and customer insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities
*Enhance the end - to - end customer journey from first click to repeat purchase
*Support new product launches and collaborate across multiple internal teams
