Financial Planning Administrator
Surrey (SM7) | £35,000–£45,000 + benefits
Join my client, a progressive, award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm, as a Financial Planning Administrator supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners in a collaborative, client-focused team.
The Role
*Provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
*Liaise with clients via phone, email and face-to-face to ensure a smooth process
*Prepare for client meetings and assist with onboarding
*Obtain information from product providers and maintain accurate client records
*Process new and existing business
*Support the creation of suitability letters and reports
*Ensure all work is compliant and delivered to a high standard
About You
*Minimum 3 years’ experience with an IFA organisation
*Experience in an administrative/support role within professional services
*Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Tech-savvy with good MS Office skills
*A team player who embraces learning and a fast-paced environment
*Financial planning experience beneficial but not essential – full training provided
