Shift PatternThis role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday–Friday | 12:00 - 20:30
Week 2: Monday–Friday | 14:00-22:30
Week 3: Monday–Friday | 16:00 - 00:30
Sunday working: shared with other supervisors
About the RoleAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are achieved. You will drive operational performance through KPIs.
You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while continuously improving processes and customer outcomes, Leading all Health, Safety & Environmental activities on shift, including incident investigation and corrective actions
