Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Senior Marketing
Location: London or Remote
Level: Mid–Senior
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 base + uncapped commission
The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in senior-level Marketing recruitment.
This role exists because senior marketing hires are rarely straightforward. Clients don’t need CVs — they need advice, market context, and recruiters who understand how leadership-level marketers actually drive growth.
You’ll partner with founders, CMOs, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact hires across Head of, Director, and leadership-level Marketing roles.
If you’re currently recruiting marketing roles and want to move up-market into more strategic, consultative work, this role gives you the space and credibility to do that properly.
What You’ll Be Responsible For*Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior Marketing roles (Head of, Director, Lead, VP level)
*Working closely with founders and senior leaders to define role scope and success criteria
*Advising clients on market mapping, talent availability, and realistic hiring strategies
*Running discreet, high-touch search processes rather than volume recruitment
*Building long-term relationships with senior-level marketing talent
*Owning and growing a specialist desk focused on senior marketing hires
This is consultative recruitment with real influence — not transactional delivery.

*Commercial, consultative, and quality-driven
This is not a junior or volume-focused recruitment role.
