The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Data, AI, and Machine Learning hiring.
This role exists because our clients need recruiters who genuinely understand technical roles — not just job titles, but the detail behind them. You’ll work with engineering-led businesses who value strong recruitment partnerships and expect recruiters to operate as consultants, not CV-senders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For*Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Data, AI, ML, and Analytics roles
*Partnering closely with technically competent hiring managers to scope roles accurately
*Advising clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring strategy
*Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
*Developing and growing your own specialist Data & AI desk
*Delivering high-quality hires rather than high-volume activity
Minimal admin. No KPI theatre. No "spray and pray" recruitment.

Who We’re Looking For*Mid-level experience as a Recruitment Consultant
*Non-negotiable: technical recruitment experience
*Exposure to Data, AI, ML, or Analytics recruitment
*Commercially aware and comfortable managing client relationships
*Motivated by becoming a specialist, not a generalist
