Description
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in line with company policies.
*Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Process invoices, payments, and expense claims efficiently and accurately.
*Support the reconciliation of accounts and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
*Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts as required by the Accounting & Finance department.

*Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.

*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
