The roleAs a Recruitment Consultant (Graduate Entry), you will be trained to manage the full recruitment process and develop your own specialist market.
You will:
• Speak with candidates about career opportunities
• Identify and attract talent through advertising and direct approaches
• Support clients with hiring requirements
• Manage CV screening, interviews, and offers
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships
• Work towards targets and earn commission on placements

• Minimum 2:1 degree achieved or predicted
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by progression
No recruitment or sales experience required.
Salary, commission, and perks• £30,000–£35,000 basic salary
