Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Harlow
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
Working Pattern:

The working pattern would either be:
*Friday to Monday: 6:00am – 5:15pm
or
*Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm (Mon–Thurs) & 8:00am – 4:00pm (Fri)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation in Harlow. You’ll oversee the daily running of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong team performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet daily targets
*Oversee order preparation and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
*Manage goods in processes and accurate stock recordings
*Handle returns in line with company procedures
*Maintain high standards of stock control
*Monitor and manage time and attendance
*Coordinate holiday and sickness cover
*Promote and maintain a safe working environment
*Support continuous improvement across warehouse operations
About You
*Experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a warehouse
*Strong communication and people management skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Good understanding of warehouse processes (dispatch, goods in, stock control, returns)
*Positive, hands-on leadership style
*Able to work to KPIs and operational deadlines
