Description
*Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
*Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
*Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with suppliers as required.
*Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
*Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes.
*Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments are made.
*Reconcile statements and keep financial records organised.
*Support the Accounting & Finance team with other related tasks.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
*Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
*Good organisational and time management skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
*Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Job Offer
