Job Description:
We’re working with a fast-scaling lifestyle brand to find a Contributions & Partnerships Manager to lead their community impact programme.
This is a newly created role, born out of genuine momentum. What started as a grassroots giving initiative has grown quickly, and now they need someone to take ownership, build the strategy, and scale it nationally.
If you’ve got a background in CSR, community partnerships, or purpose-led programmes – and you want to build something rather than inherit it – this could be a brilliant fit.
What You’ll Be Doing*Owning the contributions strategy and developing a 12-month roadmap
*Identifying, securing, and managing charity and community partnerships
*Leading activations on the ground - this is a field-based role, getting out into new areas
*Working with councils, local organisations, and stakeholders
*Collaborating with content, PR, and brand teams to turn impact into compelling stories
*Managing a budget of approximately £50,000/month
*Building reporting frameworks to measure and communicate impact
What You’ll Bring*Proven experience in CSR, social impact, community partnerships, or purpose-led programmes
*Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
*Confidence in stakeholder management - councils, partners, internal teams
*Storytelling instincts - you can turn real impact into authentic content
*Budget management experience
*A strong will - you’ll need to protect the integrity of the programme
*Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and analytics is a plus
