If you haven’t heard of them, you will. Elite Competitions is the UK’s fastest-growing online competition company – the original disruptor in the space and still the one setting the pace. Think premium prizes, daily draws, and a marketing engine that runs at full throttle.


This isn’t your average affiliate role. You’ll own the entire channel. Strategy, execution, growth – it’s yours. You’ll be building partnerships with publishers, newspapers, and influencers, scaling their AWIN programme, and working in a business where performance actually matters and gets rewarded.

What You’ll Be Doing*Leading affiliate strategy across traditional partners, influencers, and advertorial placements
*Managing and scaling the programme through AWIN
*Building relationships with UK publishers and newspapers
*Owning tracking, attribution, and performance reporting via GA4
*Negotiating commercial terms and driving CPA/ROI improvements
*Working closely with Paid Media, CRM, and Creative teams


What You’ll Bring*5+ years in affiliate marketing – you know this world inside out
*Strong AWIN and GA4 experience (HYROS knowledge a bonus)
*A genuine network of affiliate contacts – publishers, influencers, account managers
*Experience with UK newspapers and advertorial content
*Commercial mindset with sharp analytical skills
*A marketing degree is a plus, but equivalent experience works too
