A leading manufacturing business in Coventry is looking for an Engineering Team Leader to join their team. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll lead a small group of multi-skilled engineers, manage maintenance schedules, and keep production running safely and efficiently. The company values teamwork, long-term stability, and ongoing development for its engineers.

Experience Required
*Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
*Confident fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical and/or electrical systems
*NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
*18th Edition certification advantageous but not essential
*Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising engineers
*Flexible, organised, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
