Are you actively studying AAT / ACCA / CIMA, or a recent graduate in Finance & Accountancy looking to build on your career?
Do you have some experience in Accounts Payable and / or Accounts Receivable and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)?
This growing business is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop professionally and grow within a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
*Processing invoices and checking POs
*Query resolution and supporting month-end reporting
*Preparing reconciliations and assisting with payment runs
*Processing expenses and maintaining accurate financial records
*Supporting audit requirements and continuous process improvement
*Managing your own workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Actively studying AAT / ACCA / CIMA, or a recent Finance & Accountancy graduate
*Experienced in Accounts Payable and / or Accounts Receivable
*Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF essential)
*Exceptionally organised with strong time-management skills
*Detail-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
*Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-growing business
