Overview:
A growing Construction team in Glasgow is seeking a Solicitor to focus on non-contentious construction matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile real estate, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects, within a collaborative, supportive team environment and with opportunities for career development.
Role Requirements:
*Advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters
*Supporting development, property finance and project finance transactions
*Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Collaborating across disciplines to deliver commercially focused advice
Experience:
*2-4 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law
*Drafting and research experience
*Able to manage work independently and meet deadlines
*Client-focused and detail-oriented
*Motivated to develop specialist construction law expertise
Skills:
*Clear, professional communication
*Collaborative and team-minded
*Organised with strong attention to detail
*Commercially aware
