Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support SEND pupils in primary schools across Manchester.
These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants who have previous experience working with children with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and complex learning profiles. Positions are available in a range of supportive and inclusive primary school settings.
The role: * Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

* Assisting with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation

* Working closely with class teachers and SEND teams

* Creating a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment

* Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom

We are looking for candidates who: * Have previous experience supporting SEND pupils (essential)

* Are confident working in primary school settings

* Are patient, nurturing and adaptable

* Have strong communication and behaviour support skills

* Understand the importance of consistency and building trust
