Labourer (20-Week Contract)
Location: Swindon
Contract Duration: 20 weeks
Start Date: 9th February

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support ongoing construction activities at a project site in Swindon. This is a 20-week contract suitable for someone with previous site experience, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist tradespeople with day-to-day tasks on site
*Carry out general labouring duties including:
*Site clearance and keeping work areas tidy
*Moving, loading and unloading materials
*Basic manual handling tasks
*Support with deliveries and ensure materials are stored safely
*Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required
*Follow instructions from site supervisors and management
*Comply with all site health & safety procedures
*Report any hazards, incidents, or issues promptly
Requirements
*Valid CSCS card (essential)
*Previous site labouring experience (preferred)
*Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work
*Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
*Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
*PPE required (boots, hi-vis, hard hat - specialist PPE provided if needed)
Working Hours
*Monday to Friday
*Approx. 40 hours per week
*Occasional overtime may be available depending on site needs
