Store Manager | Fashion | Soho | Up to £48,000 + Bonus
Zachary Daniels recruitment are excited be be partnered exclusively with Scandinavian retail fashion brand, now seeking a Store Manager for their London flagship store in the heart of Soho. Our client creates thoughtfully designed garments with a strong focus on quality over trends, an approach that’s both timeless and sustainable.
Store Manager Benefits include:

Store Manager role:
*Lead the store to achieve sales and service excellence
*Foster an exceptional in-store customer experience
*Motivate and lead high-performing teams through energy, passion, and clear communication
*Drive customer conversion and KPI’s
*Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand guidelines
*Organise and execute in-store and external events to promote the brand
Our Store Manager will have/be:
*Previous Store Management experience
*Fluency in Swedish highly beneficial
*Strong interest and background in Mens fashion
*Energetic, outgoing, and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative
*Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
