This is a fantastic opportunity at a welcoming law firm in the Clifton area who is looking to hire in its residential property team. You would be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience. The department is instructed on a range of property transactions from first-time buyer purchases to complex, high-value portfolios.
What experience is required:
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
*2–5 years’ PQE in residential property law
*Proven ability to manage a full caseload including:
*Freehold and leasehold transactions
*Re-mortgages
*Transfers of equity
*Equity release
*Right to buy

*Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships across the conveyancing chain
*A collaborative mindset and professional approach
