An exciting and forward thinking business who are rapidly expanding with great training and progression opportunities, they are looking for Motor Claims Handlers with Third Party technical experience of at least 3-5 years.
They currently have openings ideally suited to a candidate with a good level of Motor Claims experience ideally including good experience of either personal injury (Non-Portal, OIC & MOJ), high risk/complex credit hire & property damage.

Responsibilities
*Managing claims caseload, in accordance with the company claims philosophy, claims handling procedures and service levels.
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
*Controlling claim cost by achieving most economical settlement, through good use of liability and quantum arguments and effective negotiation.
*Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and business partners.
*Undertaking general claims tasks, as required
