Overview:
An established Glasgow-based firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their supportive team. The role involves managing a varied caseload, including personal injury and clinical negligence claims, with regular court attendance. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
Experience:
*2 + years’ in personal injury and clinical negligence law
*Experience managing claims and guiding clients through litigation
*Exposure to court proceedings and client negotiations
*Able to work collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities:
*Manage a diverse caseload from initial advice through to court hearings and conclusion
*Represent clients confidently at court and in negotiations
*Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the litigation process
*Support colleagues and contribute to team outcomes
Skills:
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
*Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
