Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to work for one of our leading clients in York on full-time, permanent basis.

This role offers a hybrid working model whilst reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this ER Advisor will be responsible for managing high-volume employee relations caseload and offering advice and guidance both remotely and face-to-face.

*Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver expert advice across complex ER matters
*Lead investigations and hearings, ensuring fair, compliant and well-documented outcomes
*Produce clear, consistent ER documentation and communications
*Collaborate with senior business leaders to shape people decisions and support key projects
*Champion wellbeing and proactive people support across the organisation
*Facilitate mediation and manage escalations where required
*Use retention insights to drive engagement and reduce turnover
*Manage complex absence and ill-health cases, working with Occupational Health and implementing adjustments
*Coach managers to apply absence and ER processes confidently and consistently

Elevation HR is keen to speak with HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing a high-volume, complex ER caseload. You’ll hold a CIPD qualification (or be working towards one) and bring strong hands-on experience, ideally with solid knowledge of employment legislation.
