Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity in Edinburgh
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Salary: £28,000 – £38,000
Working Arrangements: Hybrid

Daily Responsibilities:
*Manage Caseload: Handle a diverse caseload from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the firm’s client-first philosophy
*Legal Support: Provide timely and reliable legal advice on various conveyancing matters
*Client Interaction: Create a welcoming environment for clients, fostering strong, first-name basis relationships
*Efficiency: Manage approximately 5 settlements per week, ensuring swift and accurate transaction completion
*Proactive Approach: Proactively manage client expectations and adopt a forward-thinking approach to tasks
*Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to the firm’s overall success
Requirements:
*Experience: At least 3 years of conveyancing experience
*Accreditation: Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal
*Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven
*People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and capable of working as part of a larger team across multiple locations
*Calm Under Pressure: Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
