Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme
Salary: £25,400 per annum
Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a friendly and dedicated team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of supporting customers—processing orders, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. It’s a varied position where no two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
*Manage customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional response.
*Accurately process orders using Salesforce and Sage.
*Handle queries on pricing, stock availability, deliveries, and returns.
*Proactively resolve issues to maintain a consistent, high-quality service.
*Work closely with colleagues to support team and business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
*A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
*Highly motivated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
*Good IT skills (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus).
*Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operations is desirable.
Working hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Onsite
