Job Description:
We are recruiting a Finance and Support Administrator for our client in Essex.
As the Finance and Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and general administrative functions. You will work closely with our finance lead and wider team, handling day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice processing, and support tasks to keep our operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
*Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
*Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and on time
*Reconcile bank transactions and monitor cash flow
*Assist with preparing monthly financial reports and budgeting
*Support payroll processing and staff expense tracking
*Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies
*Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding payment queries
*Assist with any ad hoc finance or office-related tasks as required
Essential Requirements:
*Proven experience using QuickBooks
*Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong written and verbal communication
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
