Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role pays a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner:
*Manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters from start to resolution.
*Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams to ensure repairs are identified and completed.
*Monitor repair works, track progress, and ensure timescales are met.
*Keep accurate records and provide updates and guidance to tenants throughout the process.
*Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and empathetic approach.
About you as a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner:
*Previous experience in housing, repairs, maintenance, or a customer-facing role (no formal qualifications required).
*Good understanding of common housing disrepair issues such as damp, mould, leaks, and structural concerns.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently as well as part of a team.
*A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving.
