Reporting to the People Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
*Managing a varied and high-volume portfolio of ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, sickness absence, and performance issues.
*Providing clear, practical and risk-aware guidance to managers in line with employment legislation and company policies.
*Supporting HR Business Partners on cyclical people activities such as performance management, engagement initiatives, and organisational change programmes.
*Preparing case documentation, investigation reports, and outcome letters.
*Identifying trends within ER cases and provide recommendations to mitigate risk and improve people processes.
*Contributing to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and policy development.
*Building strong, effective working relationships across the business.
You will need:
*CIPD Level 5 qualification
*Extensive experience managing a complex and high-volume ER caseload within a professional services or similarly fast-paced environment.
*Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach managers.
*A calm, pragmatic approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work proactively, autonomously, and at pace.
