Role: Senior Corporate Solicitor
Location: Manchester CC
Salary: £70K to £85K DOE


A well regarded Manchester corporate team is looking to bring in an experienced Corporate Solicitor who’s ready for more responsibility, high-quality work and genuine progression. You’ll be involved in a broad mix of transactions, working with entrepreneurial SMEs, national brands and PE-backed businesses across a wide range of sectors.

What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and managing M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
*Supporting private equity deals, investments and exits
*Handling group reorganisations and restructures
*Advising on shareholder agreements, joint ventures and governance matters
*Supervising junior lawyers and supporting team development
*Playing an active role in business development and client engagement

*6+ PQE in corporate transactional work
*Strong technical grounding in M&A and general corporate matters
*Experience running your own matters with partner support
