Role: Corporate Associate
Location: Manchester CC
Salary: £60K to £70K DOE

A leading Manchester corporate team is looking to recruit a talented Corporate Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join a busy, well-established practice handling a strong pipeline of high-quality transactional work.
The team advises a broad mix of clients including owner-managed businesses, national companies, healthcare operators, tech businesses, and private equity-backed organisations. The work is varied, fast-moving and genuinely interesting, with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and build long-term client relationships.

You’ll be involved in:
*Mid-market M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
*Private equity investments and portfolio support
*Group reorganisations and restructures
*Shareholder agreements, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work
*Supporting partners on larger, complex transactions
*Building your own client relationships and contributing to BD activity
What you’ll bring:
*2-5 PQE in corporate transactional work
*Solid grounding in M&A and general corporate matters
*Experience running matters with appropriate supervision
*A commercial, client-focused approach
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
*Ambition to grow, develop and take on more responsibility
