Key Responsibilities:
*Provide high-quality financial and commercial analysis to support senior management decision-making, including board papers and business cases.
*Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
*Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and acquisitions through ROI, risk, and financial modelling.
*Lead financial due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions, partnering with Finance and Legal teams.
*Support commercial negotiations with key partners by providing insight, challenge, and scenario analysis.
*Identify growth opportunities within the existing event portfolio and model future event opportunities.
*Deliver revenue and cost trend analysis, highlighting efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
*Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making aligned with company objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data effectively.
*Experience in commercial and financial analysis.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Commitment to outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
