Transaction ManagerLocation: Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary:£50,000 – £60,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Transaction Manager to join a busy sales operation in Swindon. This is a key role supporting the Sales Manager, controlling deal structure, maximising profitability, and ensuring full FCA compliance throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities*Manage and oversee vehicle sales transactions from proposal to completion
*Structure and present finance packages clearly and compliantly
*Maximise finance, warranty, GAP, and add-on product penetration
*Support and coach Sales Executives to improve conversion and deal quality
*Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and FCA compliant
*Act as a senior point of contact for customers during the buying journey
*Work closely with Sales Management to achieve KPIs and targets
*Maintain strong relationships with finance houses and lenders
*Monitor daily performance, penetration levels, and profitability
About You*Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Executive
*Strong knowledge of automotive finance and FCA regulations
*Confident presenting finance and protection products
*Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
*Professional, organised, and customer-focused
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Full UK driving licence
