Role - Host / Hostess – Reception
Location – Chester
Salary - £26,000
Richard Abson Group are working with a premium automotive dealership to recruit a Host / Hostess (Receptionist) to join their front-of-house team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and being the first point of contact in a high-end dealership environment.
The Role
*Welcoming customers and managing the reception area
*Answering calls and handling enquiries
*Booking customers in and offering refreshments
*Supporting sales and service teams with administration
*Maintaining a professional and inviting showroom environment
The Person
*Previous customer-facing experience (reception, hospitality, retail, etc.)
*Confident, well-presented and personable
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Comfortable using basic IT systems
Salary & Hours
*£26,000 basic salary
*Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm (rota)
*Weekend overtime available
