Fosse Court has fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team in a specialist residential service, while leading on complex assessments, designing bespoke care packages, and shaping the future of community-based mental health care.
We are seeking a Dedicated and Reliable Support Worker to join the team!
What you’ll be Doing
*Provide personalized care and support to residents
*Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
*Implement and follow individualized care plans
*Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities
*Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism
*Monitor and report on residents’ progress and well-being
*Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
What You’ll Need
*Great communication and teamwork skills.
*A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
*Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
*Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
*Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
