Senior Homes Manager - Up to £71,000 OTE - Intensive care unit
NonStop Care are working with a very well established children’s residential agency, who are looking for an experienced Registered Manager within children’s services to join their new to be established 2 bed intensive care unit, as a senior homes manager!
Benefits -
*Attractive salary - Up to £55,000
*Generous welcome bonus - £5,000
*Bonus - 21% of salary
*Additional paid on call responsibilities

Responsibilities -
*Ensuring children receive outstanding care, support and guidance tailored to their individual needs.
*Empower your team to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care that leads to real, lasting outcomes.
*Oversee all operational aspects, including safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and team development.
*Mentoring an development of staff
*Quality assurance, budget management and home preparation.
Requirements;
*Residential childcare management experience
*Up to date DBS
*Level 5 management qualification in Residential Childcare
*Experience working within complex needs
