???�? The Role – SEND Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Mentor to join the team. In this role, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND

* Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

* Build strong, consistent relationships to help pupils engage with learning

* Work closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary staff team

* Help maintain a calm, supportive, and inclusive school environment

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional and complex needs.

* Experience working with children or young people with SEND (education, care, or youth settings preferred)

* Calm, patient, and resilient approach

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Genuine commitment to inclusive and specialist education
